There are no cookies on this site
prim.profblu.com installs no cookies and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. The advertising some owners place on their own page sets no cookies either and stores nothing in your browser: it is counted as daily totals, without knowing who is watching. The site stores these things, and none is a cookie:
| What is stored | What for | How long it lasts | Do we need your permission? |
|---|---|---|---|
| A single-use item that completes the sign-in and is deleted as soon as it finishes | letting you sign in | in your browser, only while the tab is open; in practice, the seconds the sign-in takes | No, it is essential for this to work |
| What keeps you signed in without retyping your password, if you have an account | not asking you for your password on every page | in your browser, only while the tab is open; it also stops working when you sign out | No, it is essential for this to work |
| The language you chose | showing you the site in that language next time | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| That you closed the “Open in Prim” notice | not showing it to you again while you keep browsing | in your browser, only while the tab is open | No, it is essential for this to work |
| Which fields of the people filter you left visible | opening the filter the way you left it | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| The city you chose in "Your city", if you chose one | showing you that city's content first | in your browser, until you delete it or go back to "All of Argentina" | No, it is essential for this to work |
| A random identifier, only if you send a voice note to a channel | so that nobody sends more than one voice note per minute and the channel can block anyone who abuses it, without asking you for an account | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for the voice-note inbox |
| If you play as a guest: the key we gave you and your nickname, per game | so that when you reload the page you are still you and not another player | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential to play |
| What you answered in each round of a game | showing you "Sent" and your answer if you reload | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential to play |
| If you run a game for your channel: that game's control key | running the game from this tab | in your browser, only while the tab is open | No, it is essential for this to work |
| If you are on a channel's team: the last channel you used in your studio | taking you to that channel next time | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
If you sign in, the sign-in page also sets a session cookie of the central sign-in (prosecco_sso), read only by the server: it saves you from typing your password again for a few hours, lasts 12 hours or until you sign out, and needs no permission because it is essential to sign in.
What lets you request each page once you are inside is not stored anywhere: it lives only in the browser's memory while the tab is open, and disappears if you reload the page or sign out.
What is loaded from elsewhere
The site's images (logos, covers, profile photos and the channels' advertising pieces) are kept in our image storage, Hetzner Object Storage (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), which holds them on our behalf as a data processor. Your browser downloads them from there directly, so Hetzner sees your IP address as any web server would; it sets no cookies or identifiers.
Nothing else is loaded from anywhere else until you ask for it: when you press to watch a video or a live stream, the YouTube player (on its cookie-less domain, youtube-nocookie.com), Twitch or Kick is loaded, and from that moment it is that platform that applies its own cookies and privacy policy.
If you click an advertising piece, you leave Prim for the advertiser's page, and from there their cookies and policy apply.
Only one page loads code from Meta (Facebook): the studio page where a channel's owner connects their WhatsApp, and only when they press Meta's button. From that moment, Meta applies its own cookies. The audience never sees it.
On the management panel
The internal team panel uses the same storage shared by every panel on the platform:
| What is stored | What for | How long it lasts | Do we need your permission? |
|---|---|---|---|
| What keeps you signed in without retyping your password | not asking you for your password on every page | in your browser, until you delete it; it stops working when you sign out, and in any case after seven days unused | No, it is essential for this to work |
| Which organisation you are working with | showing you that organisation's data and not another's | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| The language you chose | showing you the panel in that language | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| The look you chose (light or dark) and whether you left the side menu collapsed | opening the panel the way you left it | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| A single-use item that completes the sign-in and is deleted as soon as it finishes | letting you sign in with your platform account | in your browser, only while the tab is open; in practice, the seconds the sign-in takes | No, it is essential for this to work |
| Whether you left the assistant open or closed | opening it the way you left it | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
| Which filter fields you left visible on each table | not making you choose them again | in your browser, until you delete it | No, it is essential for this to work |
Visit measurement
We count visits with a program called Umami, running on our own server. It leaves neither a cookie nor an identifier in your browser. From your IP and your browser it computes a visit identifier that changes every month — the IP is not stored — and records which pages were viewed, which site you came from, the type of browser and device, the language and the approximate country and city. We use it only for aggregate figures: how many people arrive, from where and what they look at.
There is no Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager on any Prim web page.
Why we do not ask for your consent
Everything above is strictly necessary to provide you a service you yourself have requested: signing in if you have an account, remembering your language, not repeating a notice you already closed, sending a voice note without anyone abusing the inbox, staying yourself in a game, or measuring visits without cookies or identifiers. It is exactly what article 22.2 of the LSSI exempts.
How to delete them
From your browser's settings, like any other local data. Keep in mind that deleting what keeps your session open signs you out.
