What these terms are
They are the agreement between you and us for using Prim. The public catalog can be browsed without an account; these terms fully apply to you if you also open an account to vote or mark favourites.

What Prim is, and what it is not
Prim measures audience for public broadcasts — YouTube, Twitch, Kick — and with that data publishes rankings, discussion topics and a catalog of the people who appear on those shows.
Prim is not a social network or a messaging service: you cannot message another person. What you can send is limited: voting, marking favourites, playing the games shows open, and sending voice notes to channels that open their inbox. The verified owner of a page can also place their own advertising on it.
Browsing the catalog, without an account
You can view the catalog, rankings and people's profiles without creating any account. These terms on acceptable use apply to you even without an account.
How an account is obtained
To vote or mark favourites you need an account: it is the same centralised identity you use across the rest of the platform. Prim has no sign-up of its own. To play or send a voice note, it depends: each game and each channel decides whether to accept people without an account.
Acceptable use
By using Prim you undertake not to:
- vote more than once per poll, or attempt to bypass the one-vote-per-account limit;
- attempt to access data of other accounts, or bypass permission controls;
- strain the service with automation that degrades it for others;
- use it for anything illegal, or to harass any of the cataloged people;
- send voice notes, answers or nicknames that insult, harass or expose another person's data, or someone's voice without their permission.
Whoever runs a game can hide what you write, and a channel can block you from its inbox.
What you send: voice notes and games
The voice note you send is still yours. By ticking "I agree it may go on air" you allow the channel to put it on its show, and Prim to keep it for that purpose, under the terms of the privacy policy. You can delete it whenever you want with the link we give you when you send it; what has already played in a broadcast stays in that broadcast. What you answer in a game may appear on the show's screen with your nickname.
Advertising on your own page
If you are the verified owner of a channel, a show or a person, you can place an advertising piece on your page. What you advertise is yours and your responsibility. Prim reviews it before it is shown and can reject or pause it: it does not accept link shorteners, links that lead to a different site, or domains or words on its block list, and anything adults-only (such as alcohol) only fits on channels marked for adults. Prim does not sell that space, does not charge for it and does not mediate between you and whoever advertises.

About catalog profiles
Catalog profiles of people are built from public information, partly filled in automatically and corrected by hand, as explained in the privacy policy. If you are one of those people and want to correct or remove your profile, that same page tells you how.
Price
Prim charges nothing. Browsing the catalog, voting, marking favourites, playing and sending voice notes is free. Placing advertising on your own page costs nothing either.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Prim available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: it is updated often, there may be maintenance and it may fail. We may change, improve or withdraw features.
Warranties and liability
Prim is provided "as is", with the care we put into it and without warranty that it is free of errors, including data generated with automated tools. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit we did not cause by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, none of this curtails the rights your country's law grants you that cannot be excluded.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using Prim whenever you wish. We may suspend or close access if these terms are breached or if use puts the service or other people at risk; except in an emergency, we will give notice first.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will give notice with enough time to read them. The date of the latest revision is at the top of this page.
Governing law and complaints
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. Before it comes to that, write to us.
